Reporting to the Senior Programmer Analyst, this position is responsible for designing, creating, maintaining, debugging, and testing assigned applications. The Programmer Analyst will also provide support to application users and act as a first point of contact for application-related requests. Support will be provided through the organization's ticketing system, email, telephone, and in person.Responsibilities & Duties
Design, create, and maintain internally developed applications as assigned.
Test current code and application changes.
Provide end-user support for internally developed applications.
Document all support activities in the Help Desk support application.
Assist with the implementation of business requirements.
Provide guidance to other programmers on the development team.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
5+ years of programming experience.
Degree or certificate in programming.
Proficiency in .NET application development using C# and VB.NET.




Experience with WPF and Entity Framework is considered an asset.
Experience building and consuming APIs.
Experience with SQL databases, stored procedures, and relational database design.
Experience developing web applications using JavaScript.
Experience developing websites using WordPress and PHP is considered an asset.
Experience with Agile software development methodologies.
Robust problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients.
