At Nu-Fab, a leader in engineered wood products, we seek a reliable Labourer committed to quality craftsmanship. You will work under a Team Leader, following instructions and assembling trusses per pre-engineered drawings. Prior experience in truss building is a plus, but we are ready to train positive, willing candidates.

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Team Leader for workstation setup
Assemble trusses according to company guidelines
Inspect materials and report issues promptly
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Operate tools and equipment safely and responsibly

Requirements:
Preferred experience as a truss builder
Ability to read a tape measure accurately
Experience in a manufacturing or construction setting
Robust communication skills in English
Willingness to learn current skills and processes
