Carpenter – Precast Concrete Formwork

Structural Precast Ltd. is looking for skilled, hardworking individuals to join our production team in Claresholm, Alberta.

We manufacture precast concrete products for residential, commercial, and industrial construction projects throughout Western Canada.

We are looking for people with a solid construction background who are comfortable working with their hands, using tools, reading measurements, and building accurate formwork.

Responsibilities
Build, assemble, and modify wood and steel forms for precast concrete production.
Read and interpret drawings, measurements, and layouts.
Measure, cut, drill, and assemble formwork materials.
Install bulkheads, blockouts, and other form components.
Ensure forms are square, level, properly aligned, and ready for concrete placement.
Strip and prepare forms for reuse.
Work alongside our production team to meet daily production schedules.
Maintain a clean and safe work area.

What We're Looking For
Previous carpentry, framing, concrete forming,



or general construction experience.
Strong ability to use hand tools and power tools.
Confident reading a tape measure and working with precise dimensions.
Ability to read construction drawings is an asset.
Positive problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Dependable, hardworking, and able to work as part of a team.
Experience with precast concrete is an asset but not required.

A journeyman ticket is not required. We value practical construction experience, a robust work ethic, and the ability to learn.
