Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Night Auditor/Front Desk Agent, where you will be the welcoming face and guardian of our hotel during overnight hours. This pivotal role combines guest service excellence with administrative precision, ensuring a seamless experience for guests while maintaining the security and smooth operation of the front desk. Duties
Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing exceptional customer service and addressing their needs efficiently.
Check guests in and out using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
Manage guest inquiries via phone and in person, offering information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services with friendly, clear communication.
Monitor security cameras, perform nightly audits, and ensure the safety of all guests and staff during overnight hours.
Handle reservations, cancellations, modifications, and billing procedures with precision and confidentiality.
Maintain accurate records of guest stays, incident reports, and shift logs to ensure smooth operations and compliance.




Assist with administrative tasks such as balancing accounts, preparing reports, and coordinating with housekeeping or maintenance teams as needed.

Skills
Multilingual or bilingual abilities to effectively communicate with diverse guests from around the world.
Solid phone etiquette skills to handle inquiries professionally over multi-line phone systems.
Proven customer service experience in a hospitality or hotel environment, demonstrating warmth and professionalism.
Excellent front desk skills including check-in/check-out procedures, reservation management, and guest relations.
Knowledge of hotel operations, security protocols, and guest services best practices.
Ability to remain calm under pressure while managing multiple tasks efficiently during overnight shifts.
Hospitality-oriented mindset with a passion for creating positive guest experiences.
