Customer Service Sales Associate Responsibilities
Connect with new and existing customers and explore sales prospects
Ask questions, listen to customer needs, and recommend suitable products and services
Introduce available products, explain their perks, and help customers make informed decisions
Build positive customer relationships by answering questions, addressing concerns, and following up when needed
Support promotional campaigns, special events, and other customer engagement activities
Represent the company professionally and follow customer service and safety guidelines
Work with your team to achieve daily goals and deliver a positive customer experience
