Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Counter Clerk to join our dynamic team. Duties
Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries, product selections, and purchases
Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems to process sales efficiently and accurately
Handle cash, credit card transactions, and cash handling procedures with precision
Maintain organized stock displays and ensure the counter area is clean, inviting, and well-stocked
Provide product knowledge and recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction




Manage order fulfillment requests and coordinate with inventory to ensure availability
Utilize communication skills to negotiate sales, upsell products, and resolve customer concerns promptly

Requirements
Previous experience is highly preferred
Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures
Robust customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
Ability to perform math calculations accurately .
