Job Description
Assessing client condition to formulate diagnosis, prognosis, and treatment
Provide counselling services face-to-face, over the phone, and online
Listening to clients and understanding their needs




Building strong relationships of trust and respect
Encouraging clients to discuss emotions and personal experiences
Use a holistic approach to mental health care

Skills and Qualifications
Strong counselling skills and ability to work with a wide range of mental health issues
Knowledge of trauma informed practices
Oral and written communication
Organizational and time management skills
Patience and empathy
Confidence and trustworthiness
Knowledge of current developments and research in mental health

Experience requirements
Ph.D. in Psychology
Must be in good standing with governing body
