Job Description:
Quickly and accurately prepare and cook menu options as per guest’s specifications
Performing a broad range of kitchen duties, including inventory control, preparing ingredients, etc.
Assisting team members with duties, as needed, to ensure smooth business operations
Diligently following all health and safety policies and procedures
Follow recipes and presentation specifications
Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
Clean and maintain station in practicing valuable safety and sanitation
Maintain inventory and record of food, supplies and equipment




Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes

What We Are Looking For:
Experience working in a similar role setting is required
Experience working specifically with Ramen is preferred
Must possess Food Handler’s Certification
Ability to lift heavier objects (up to 50 lb) is necessary
Must be a team player; this is a smaller establishment and a willingness to work cooperatively with, and pitch in to help team members, including those in other roles is essential
Valuable organization, prioritization, and time management skills

Licence/Certification:
Food Handling

Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
