Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Packer/Shipper to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in our warehouse distribution operations, ensuring that products are accurately packed and shipped to meet customer demands. This position requires a strong understanding of warehouse processes, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to operate various equipment safely and efficiently.

Duties
Accurately pack products for shipment, ensuring all items are secure and meet quality standards.
Operate warehouse management systems to track inventory and manage shipping processes.
Load and unload products from trucks using forklifts, clamp trucks, or cranes as necessary.
Perform order picking tasks, selecting items based on customer orders with attention to detail.
Conduct regular inspections of equipment and report any maintenance needs to supervisors.
Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency in the warehouse setting.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely shipping and receiving of goods.
Assist in heavy lifting tasks as required,



ensuring proper techniques are used to prevent injury.

Experience
Previous experience in warehouse distribution or related fields is preferred.
Familiarity with mechanical operations and heavy equipment operation is a plus.
Experience with order picking processes and shipping & receiving protocols is essential.
Knowledge of warehouse management systems will be beneficial for managing inventory effectively.
Candidates should possess skills in operating forklifts, cranes, clamp trucks, or similar machinery safely.

Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour
