Breadalbane Inn is looking for an experienced Line Cook to join our kitchen team. We’re a busy, full-service operation with a strong focus on quality, consistency, presentation, and exceptional guest experiences.

We’re looking for someone who understands skilled kitchen standards and is committed to maintaining them — even when the kitchen is busy. Fine-dining or high-end full-service restaurant experience is preferred.

The Role
Prepare and execute menu items to a consistently high standard
Work efficiently and confidently on your station
Complete prep with precision and attention to detail
Maintain excellent food quality and presentation
Keep your station clean, organized, and service-ready
Follow food safety and sanitation standards
Communicate and work effectively with the kitchen and service teams
Support breakfast service when scheduled
