Job Overview
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Personal Support Workers/UCP's to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care and assistance to individuals with varying need. This position requires a robust commitment to enhancing the quality of life for our clients through personalized support and care.

Duties
Provide assistance with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, grooming, and dressing.
Offer companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive workplace.
Support clients in engaging in social activities and community outings to enhance their quality of life.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Monitor changes in clients' conditions and report any concerns to the appropriate personnel.

Qualifications
Previous experience in home care, patient care,



or assisted living settings is preferred.
Knowledge of dementia care practices is highly desirable.
Ability to work effectively with individuals with disabilities and provide compassionate support.
Solid communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and their families.
GPA or PIECES would be an asset
A VSS background check is required prior to employment.
Certification in medication administration or willingness to obtain certification is a plus.
