Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Pizza Maker to join our vibrant restaurant team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation, cooking, and delivering exceptional food service. This role involves preparing high-quality pizzas, maintaining food safety standards, and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. Previous restaurant or kitchen experience in the food industry is preferred, but we welcome motivated individuals eager to learn.

Duties
Prepare and assemble pizza ingredients according to recipes and quality standards
Cook pizzas using various methods to ensure optimal taste and presentation
Handle food safely and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen area
Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, slicing, and portioning ingredients
Serve customers efficiently and courteously at the counter or during dine-in service
Maintain inventory levels of ingredients and notify management of shortages
Follow all food safety regulations and sanitation procedures to ensure a protected environment




Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy hours

Requirements
Prior experience in food preparation, cooking, or food service is highly desirable; restaurant or kitchen experience in the food industry is a plus
Knowledge of food handling safety standards and sanitation practices
Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
Strong serving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks such as kneading dough or topping pizzas
Flexibility to work during peak hours, including weekends and evenings if needed
A positive attitude, teamwork skills, and a commitment to delivering quality food service

Pay: $19.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week

Making pizza from scratch: 1 year (required)
