We are looking for a friendly, professional, and organized Dental Receptionist to join our team! The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients, helping create a warm and welcoming experience while supporting the daily operations of our practice. Responsibilities
Welcome patients with a friendly and positive attitude, and check them in efficiently.
Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments as needed.
Answer a multi-line phone system, respond to patient inquiries, and direct calls appropriately.
Maintain accurate patient records using dental practice management software.
Verify insurance information and assist with billing and payment collection.
Explain financial policies in a clear and courteous manner.
Prepare and organize patient charts for upcoming appointments.
Assist with treatment scheduling and follow-up appointments.
Perform hygiene recall calls by reaching out to patients who are due or overdue for their regular hygiene visits and helping them schedule appointments.




Contact patients regarding outstanding treatment recommendations and follow-up care.
Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming.
Support the dental team with a variety of front desk and administrative duties to help ensure an exceptional patient experience.

Qualifications
Previous dental office experience is required.
Experience using dental practice software is required.
Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures.
Solid communication and customer service skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy workplace.
A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a genuine desire to help patients feel comfortable and cared for.

Pay: From $22.00 per hour
