Restaurant Manager

We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and reliable Restaurant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate is a solid leader who can manage daily restaurant operations, support and develop staff, and ensure an excellent guest experience.

Responsibilities
Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure the restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently
Lead, coach, and motivate the front-of-house and back-of-house teams
Ensure excellent customer service and handle guest concerns professionally
Create and maintain staff schedules while managing labour costs
Train new employees and ensure all staff follow company standards and procedures
Complete opening and closing duties, including cash handling and daily cash-outs
Monitor sales, labour, food costs, inventory, and restaurant performance
Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and service standards are consistently maintained
Follow and enforce all health, safety, food handling, and company policies
Manage reservations, large parties, special events, and busy service periods
Work closely with the Head Office on staffing, operations, and business initiatives
Complete manager checklists, daily paperwork,



and operational follow-ups
Assist with ordering, inventory, and maintaining appropriate stock levels
Ensure restaurant equipment, TVs/AV systems, and other operational areas are functioning properly
Address employee performance issues and provide coaching when required
Lead by example and maintain a positive, qualified work environment
Be available to support the team during high-volume periods, evenings, weekends, and holidays

We are looking for someone who is hands-on, organized, accountable, and confident leading a team. The successful candidate should be comfortable making decisions, handling busy shifts, resolving problems, and ensuring both guests and employees have a positive experience.

Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
