Responsibilities
Lead and supervise production employees in a continuous manufacturing environment
Oversee daily production, safety, quality and efficiency
Monitor manufacturing processes and process control systems
Train, coach and support production staff
Troubleshoot production issues and improve processes
Drive Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives
Ensure compliance with health & safety, food safety and quality standards
Work with Maintenance, Quality,



Engineering and Operations teams

Requirements
2–5 years of experience in food, chemical, process or industrial manufacturing
Previous Production Supervisor, Production Team Lead or Manufacturing Lead experience
Post-secondary education in Chemical/Mechanical Engineering Technology, Stationary Engineering, Chemistry or related field
