The Customer Service team member works in a fast-paced workplace that involves constant interaction with customers. This position requires delivering friendly and courteous service while processing customer purchases efficiently and correctly. This role involves the operation of a computerized cash register.

Customer Service Responsibilities:

· Greet, assist, and thank customers provide skilled service

· Highly approachable, customer-oriented individual who thrives in offering exceptional service to customers

· Operate cash register and maintain cash area cleanliness

· Accurately verify merchandise quantities, descriptions and price

· Maintain a professional appearance

· Alert management to security problems

· Follow company, store and department policies

· Follow health and safety program provided

· Ability to work in a team environment

· Maintain composure and work in a quick paced environment

· Ability to remain productive in slower times

· Punctual and reliable

· Basic math skills





· Be able to stand/walk to up to 8 hrs
