Dovetail is a vibrant, contemporary restaurant concept that opened in Vancouver’s Yaletown neighbourhood in November 2023. We are looking for experienced Dishwashers that have part or full time availability and can close.
Closing requires cooks to be on site until 1:00 AM, Sunday to Thursday and 2:00 AM, Friday & Saturday.
Responsibilities:
Set up and organize dish area.
Maintain food safety and sanitation standards.
Support morning prep team with prep and cleaning duties.
Clean, close, and detail dish area
Take out recycling and garbage.
Skills:
Experience in dishwashing.
Experience in prep.
Hardworking, team player, coachable.
