A new and growing insurance brokerage is looking for a Senior Commercial Account Manager to join their early-stage team. This is an opportunity to take ownership of a $4M national construction account, work closely with senior leadership, and help build the brokerage as it grows.

Key Responsibilities
Manage a large national construction account
Handle day-to-day servicing, renewals, certificates, bid bonds, and tenders
Support complex commercial and layered insurance programs
Coordinate with clients, insurers, and underwriters
Manage policies, endorsements, and documentation
Help develop internal processes and best practices

Requirements
RIBO licence
7+ years of commercial insurance experience
Strong Commercial Account Management background
Construction insurance experience
Experience managing large or complex accounts
Strong communication, organization, and client-service skills
Ability to work independently in a growing workplace

Compensation & Benefits
$80K–$130K+ base salary
