We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving beverages, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Your role is crucial in ensuring that patrons have an enjoyable experience while maintaining a high standard of service.

Responsibilities
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
Engage with customers to take drink orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system while ensuring proper cash handling procedures.
Monitor customer consumption of alcohol and adhere to responsible service guidelines.
Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and placing orders as needed.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a safe workplace for both staff and patrons.




Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food orders when necessary.

Skills
Proven experience in bartending or related hospitality roles.
Solid customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests.
Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently.
Familiarity with POS systems for processing transactions.
Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and drink preparation measurements.
Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure a clean and protected work environment.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
A friendly demeanor with solid communication skills, enhancing the overall guest experience.
