Route Sales Representative

Location: GTA, Ontario

Pay: Base Salary + Commission
Pay Schedule: Biweekly

We are looking for a self-motivated, positive, and driven Route Sales Representative to join our team. No previous sales experience is required — we are willing to train the right person.

Responsibilities
Develop new business accounts and build strong customer relationships.
Visit potential customers and introduce our services.
Conduct regular follow-ups with new and existing customers.
Maintain and grow existing accounts.
Identify new sales opportunities and generate leads.
Work toward sales targets and commission goals.
Complete weekly and monthly sales reports.
Represent the company in a professional and positive manner.

Sales Focus: 70% New Accounts | 30% Existing Accounts

Requirements
No previous sales experience required — training will be provided.
Self-starter with a positive attitude and robust work ethic.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.




Comfortable speaking with businesses and customers.
Computer skills are an asset.
Robust organizational and follow-up skills.
Valid driver's licence and clean driving record.
Willingness to learn, develop new skills, and grow with the company.

Compensation

Base Salary + Uncapped Commission

Your earning potential will increase as you develop new accounts and grow existing business. High-performing sales representatives have the opportunity to earn significantly above their base salary.

Pay: $35,200.00-$45,000.00 per year
