Responsibilities
Perform thorough cleaning of event spaces, including floors, tables, chairs, restrooms, and common areas before and after events
Conduct routine commercial cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and waste disposal to uphold high cleanliness standards
Maintain facilities by inspecting for damages or maintenance needs and reporting issues promptly to ensure safety and functionality
Assist with setup and breakdown of event equipment and furniture as needed to support smooth event operations
Follow health and safety protocols diligently to create a secure environment for staff and visitors




Use cleaning chemicals and equipment responsibly while adhering to safety guidelines
Support ongoing facilities maintenance tasks to keep the venue in top condition for upcoming events

Skills
Proven experience in cleaning or janitorial roles within commercial or event venues is highly desirable
Robust knowledge of cleaning techniques, procedures, and safety standards
Ability to perform basic facilities maintenance tasks with attention to detail
Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete cleaning schedules around event timelines
Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform cleaning duties throughout shifts
Good communication skills for coordinating with team members and reporting maintenance issues
A proactive attitude with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety
