Soul Laser + Spa is a welcoming, client-focused salon known for quality service and a warm, friendly atmosphere. We're a supportive team that enjoys working together, and we're looking for a talented Hairstylist to join us.

What You'll Do
Perform all types of haircuts for women, men and children, from classic to modern styles
Provide full hair colour services, including root touch-ups, all-over colour, highlights, lowlights and balayage
Perform keratin and smoothing treatments
Provide eyebrow services, including threading, waxing and shaping
Blow-dry, style and finish hair for everyday looks and special occasions
Consult with clients to understand their goals and recommend services and products
Maintain a clean, sanitized and organized station
Build lasting client relationships and encourage repeat bookings

What We're Looking For
Cosmetology or hairstyling diploma/certification




Strong skills in cutting and colouring, including balayage and highlights
Experience with keratin treatments
Eyebrow threading and waxing experience
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Professional, reliable and a positive team player
1+ years of salon experience preferred
