Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Truck and Trailer Mechanic to maintain and repair our commercial fleet.

Responsibilities
Perform preventive maintenance and inspections on trucks and trailers.
Diagnose and repair diesel, electrical, air brake, ABS, suspension, and driveline systems.
Perform engine repairs and DPF/DEF/aftertreatment system diagnostics and repairs.
Inspect and repair trailer systems and components.
Use diagnostic equipment, power tools, and hand tools.
Operate forklifts and other equipment safely.
Assist with welding and fabrication as required.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow company safety procedures and work effectively with the maintenance team.

Requirements
Proven experience in commercial truck and trailer repair.
Experience with diesel diagnostics and electrical troubleshooting.
Knowledge of air brakes, ABS, suspension, driveline, and trailer systems.
Experience with engine repairs and DPF/DEF/aftertreatment systems.
Solid diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
Forklift experience; certification is an asset.
Welding experience is an asset.




Ability to lift heavy components and perform physically demanding work.
Valid driver's licence required.
Trade certification or relevant mechanical certifications are an asset.

Compensation

Compensation will be based on demonstrated experience, abilities, qualifications, and certifications.
