Job Description
This job consists of managing property operations, security of property, facilities maintenance and demonstrates supervisory role. Maintains a work order system, preventative maintenance program, and maintains inventory of supplies and equipment. Being able to keep the communication lines open between the Site and Property Manager.
Skills and competencies
Knowledge in the field for more than 3 years.
Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair/maintenance.
Administrative tasks include supervision of maintenance technicians and janitors.
Problems resolving.
Receptive to change- can adapt to changing circumstances.
Respects diversity- treats other with respect and understands others-avoids unnecessary conflict
Working conditions
Physical effort: Walking throughout the Building, carrying supplies, reaching, bending, stretching, and climbing.
