Duties
Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Touchbistro POS
Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages, adhering to standard recipes and presentation guidelines
Manage cash handling responsibilities with precision, including cashiering and processing payments efficiently
Ensure food safety and proper food handling procedures are followed at all times
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, tables, and service stations




Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any customer concerns promptly

Requirements
Previous experience in restaurant or food service environments is highly preferred
Familiarity with POS systems such as Touchbistro POS for order processing and cashiering
Solid customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities
Knowledge of bartending techniques, serving standards, and food safety regulations
Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while multitasking efficiently
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
Food industry experience demonstrating understanding of food handling protocols and hospitality standards
Reliable work ethic with a focus on teamwork, professionalism, and guest satisfaction
