Responsibilities
Comprehensively manage the internal work of the warehouse, control warehouse management costs and labour costs, reduce costs and increase efficiency;
Regularly organise meetings, formulate work goals and plans, coordinate and solve the problems and difficulties of each group;
Responsible for team building, formulate talent training and talent reserve plans, and do a good job in the performance appraisal of internal team leaders and employees;
Supervise and inspect warehouse operation specifications, ensure personnel safety and the safety of goods in the warehouse, and take safety measures such as fire prevention and anti-theft;
Coordinate the work of various domestic departments and warehouses to ensure that information is delivered in place and supervise the implementation of feedback.
Warehouse 6S construction, perfect warehouse management, improve warehouse capacity and appearance, and guarantee warehouse 6S work;
Supervise and inspect the maintenance and maintenance of various equipment in the warehouse,



do a good job in the management of materials and consumables, save costs, and provide guarantee for warehouse operations.

Qualification：
Education requirements: BA and above
Proficiency in English and Chinese
Working experience in large-scale cross-border e-commerce or 3PL warehouse management (3 years and above)
Authorised to work s in Canada.
Communication, Coordination, and Management skills
Familiarity with WMS system and warehouse work flow.
A robust sense of responsibility and team spirit, ability to withstand certain work pressure; Proficiency in Office software
Have a robust ability to discover and solve problems, and be positive at discovering safety and operational problems in warehouse operations and solving them in time.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
