Responsibilities
Deliver qualified barbering and hairstyling services tailored to each client's preferences and needs
Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with clients, understanding their desired looks, and offering expert advice
Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas, tools, and equipment to ensure a safe environment
Upsell retail products such as hair care items, styling tools, and treatments to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue
Manage front desk duties including greeting clients, scheduling appointments, and processing transactions efficiently
Communicate clearly with clients about styling options, aftercare instructions,



and product recommendations
Stay current with industry trends and techniques through ongoing education and training opportunities

Requirements
Valid license as a Barber or Hairstylist issued by the appropriate licensing authority
Proven experience in hair styling, cutting, coloring, and grooming techniques
Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect positively with diverse clients
Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices in a salon setting
Excellent communication skills to effectively listen to client needs and explain services clearly
Ability to upsell retail products naturally while focusing on client satisfaction
Prior experience with retail sales and front desk operations is a plus
