Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and friendly Team Crew Member to join our dynamic Dairy Queen restaurant team. This role involves providing excellent customer service, assisting with food preparation, and ensuring a clean and safe dining setting. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry, strong communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Prior restaurant or food service experience is preferred but not required; we welcome enthusiastic individuals eager to learn and grow within our team.

Duties
Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and standards
Operate POS systems for order processing and cash handling
Greet customers, take orders, and serve food in a courteous manner
Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during busy hours
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment
Assist with food safety procedures and proper food handling practices
Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales




Handle cash transactions accurately and provide correct change
Support team members in various restaurant operations as needed
Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a protected environment for staff and guests

Skills
Experience in food preparation, food service, or restaurant operations preferred
Familiarity with POS systems for efficient order processing.
Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude
Basic math skills for cash handling and order calculations
Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation procedures
Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently
Ability to work well under pressure in a quick-paced environment
Kitchen experience or food industry background is advantageous
Effective communication skills for teamwork and customer interactions
Upselling techniques to promote menu items and enhance sales performance

Pay: From $16.35 per hour
