Overview

Aluminum Fab, spool fed welder. Work scope is specific to gate and railing fabrication from aluminum extrusions.

Applicants required to do weld test, opportunities for piece-rate pay contracts.

Duties
Read and interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately fabricate railing components.
Operate machinery such as drill press and chop saw.
Use welding techniques including spool fed welding to assemble components securely and precisely.
Measure materials, use hand tools, and power tools to ensure exact dimensions and fit. Use correct tooling to ensure quality of construction.
Complete paint prep requirements.
Rigging materials safely for lifting.
Assemble finished parts into complete railing systems according to schematics and construction plans.




Maintain a clean, organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols at all times.Requirements
Proven experience in manufacturing or construction environments with a focus on metal fabrication.
Solid mechanical knowledge with the ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for measurements and material estimations.

Expected hours: 24.0 – 56.0 per week
