Responsibilities
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and care
Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems, including Micros POS, to process transactions efficiently and accurately
Handle cash and food payments while maintaining accurate cash handling procedures
Assist customers with menu selections, answer questions about products, and provide friendly service
Maintain cleanliness of the work area, equipment, and dining space in accordance with food safety standards




Support food preparation tasks such as assembling sandwiches or snacks when needed
Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service and customer satisfaction

Skills
Proven experience as a Barista or in the food industry with robust food service skills
Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS, for quick and accurate transactions
Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities
Robust time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours
Knowledge of food handling safety standards and basic math for cash handling and change calculation
Ability to perform food preparation tasks with attention to quality and cleanliness
Previous experience in serving or food industry roles is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key

Pay: $17.60-$17.95 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20.0 per week
