Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated certified level II Dental Assistant to join our energetic dental practice. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. As a Dental Assistant, you will assist the dentist during procedures, manage patient records, and contribute to a positive patient experience.

Responsibilities
Assist the dentist during various dental procedures, including orthodontics and pediatrics.
Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment in accordance with safety protocols.
Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) as needed.
Maintain accurate patient records using dental software such as Dentrix or Epic.
Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative care.
Schedule appointments and manage the front desk duties when necessary, including answering phones and handling patient inquiries.
Ensure the treatment area is clean, organized,



and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
Collaborate with the dental team to provide exceptional care and support to patients.

Experience
Previous experience in dental assisting is required, with a strong understanding of dental terminology.
Familiarity with orthodontics, pediatrics, or CAD (Computer-Aided Design) is a plus.
Experience as a dental receptionist is beneficial for managing patient interactions effectively.
