The Wellings of Picton is a vibrant community for independent adults who are 55+.

We are currently looking for reliable and detail-oriented Housekeepers to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming setting for our members (residents) and guests.

Key Responsibilities
Clean and maintain member suites, common areas, and washrooms
Dust, vacuum, mop floors, and sanitize surfaces
Make beds and change linens as required
Replenish supplies such as toiletries and paper products
Remove garbage and recycling
Follow proper cleaning and infection control procedures
Report maintenance or safety concerns to management
Assist with laundry duties when required
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure high standards are met

Qualifications
Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred




Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good communication and customer service skills
Physically able to perform cleaning tasks (lifting, bending, standing)
Knowledge of health and safety standards is an asset

Must be available to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays as required
