Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Indian Cook to join our vibrant culinary team. Responsibilities
Prepare and cook a variety of traditional Indian dishes, ensuring authentic flavors and presentation standards are met
Handle all aspects of food preparation, including chopping, marinating, seasoning, and assembling ingredients
Maintain proper food handling procedures in accordance with food safety regulations to ensure hygiene and cleanliness
Serve dishes promptly and professionally to guests, providing excellent customer service with a friendly attitude
Assist in managing kitchen inventory,



including ordering supplies and monitoring stock levels to prevent shortages
Follow established recipes and portion controls to ensure consistency across all dishes served
Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, organized, and productive kitchen environment

Experience
Proven food service experience in a restaurant setting, preferably with a focus on Indian cuisine or similar culinary traditions
Hands-on experience in food preparation, cooking, and meal assembly within a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling techniques in the food industry
Familiarity with serving techniques and customer interaction in a hospitality setting
Prior kitchen experience working with diverse ingredients common in Indian cooking is highly desirable
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards

Pay: $4,000.00-$4,500.00 per month
