Join our energetic team as a Dairy Farm Laborer and Calf Manager, where you will play a vital role in maintaining the health and productivity of our dairy operation. This energetic position offers the opportunity to work hands-on with livestock, farm machinery, and equipment, ensuring the smooth daily functioning of the farm. Duties
Assist with daily care and feeding of calves, ensuring proper nutrition and health monitoring
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in calf housing areas to prevent disease and promote well-being
Clean and maintain automated milking system
Operate farm machinery such as feed mixers, tractors, and other equipment safely and efficiently
Perform heavy lifting tasks involved in moving feed, supplies, or livestock equipment as needed
Conduct routine inspections of farm infrastructure, including fencing, water systems, and shelter facilities
Support general farm operations by assisting with milking routines, herd management, and record keeping




Follow safety protocols diligently to ensure a secure working environment for all team members

Requirements
Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and manual labor throughout the workday
Mechanical knowledge or experience operating farm machinery and automated milking systems is highly desirable
Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions and adapt to a flexible schedule
Strong attention to detail when caring for calves and maintaining farm equipment
Ability to follow instructions carefully and work effectively as part of a team
Prior experience on a dairy or livestock farm is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided for motivated candidates
