Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and 10+ years experienced Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing maintenance activities, ensuring safety standards, and coordinating cleaning and custodial tasks. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and hands-on experience with facilities maintenance and cleaning procedures. As a Site Supervisor, you will play a key role in maintaining a clean, protected, and effective environment for staff and clients alike.

Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate facilities maintenance activities, including repairs and upkeep of equipment and infrastructure
Oversee commercial cleaning operations to ensure high standards of cleanliness and sanitation
Utilize hand tools, power tools, and heavy lifting techniques to perform maintenance tasks effectively
Manage cleaning schedules and ensure timely completion of custodial duties
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and resolving issues promptly
Train and supervise custodial staff, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards




Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards
Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, supplies, and work orders
Communicate effectively with team members, vendors, and management to coordinate tasks and report progress

Experience
Proven experience in facilities maintenance, commercial cleaning, or custodial services
Hands-on knowledge of using hand tools, power tools, and heavy lifting equipment
Solid background in custodial work with an understanding of cleaning best practices
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage schedules, and ensure safety compliance
Effective communication skills for interacting with staff, clients, and vendors
Prior supervisory or leadership experience is preferred but not mandatory; relevant hands-on experience is essential

Pay: $27.00-$40.00 per hour
