Proven experience in hair styling and salon services
Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients
Excellent communication skills for effective client consultations and team collaboration
Knowledge of sanitation standards to ensure a safe and hygienic environment
Ability to upsell retail products tactfully while prioritizing client needs
Retail sales experience is a plus for promoting salon products effectively
Experience working at the front desk or managing appointments is desirable
Creative mindset with attention to detail and a skilled appearance
