Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety. The ideal candidate will possess robust leadership skills and a passion for the food industry, contributing to a positive dining experience for our guests.

Duties
Assist in managing restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and profitability.
Take an active role in service during all operating hours.
Contribute to a robust guest check average.
Balance daily cash.
Supervise and train staff, including cooks, bartenders, and servers, fostering a collaborative team environment.
Ensure compliance with food safety and handling regulations to maintain high standards of hygiene.
Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to enhance guest satisfaction.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely food preparation and presentation.




Support the Restaurant Manager in implementing promotional activities and menu changes.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, including kitchen areas.

Qualifications
Previous experience in restaurant management or a supervisory role within the food industry is required.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
