This Senior Consultant role focuses on helping financial services clients manage regulatory and compliance challenges. The ideal candidate has experience in consulting, advisory, risk, compliance, or internal audit, along with robust client-facing and stakeholder management skills. We are hiring on behalf of Deloitte.

Key responsibilities include:
Advising clients on regulatory risk management, compliance programs, and controls.
Leading client meetings, managing stakeholder relationships, and delivering high-quality work products.
Analyzing data, identifying risks and trends, and developing practical recommendations.
Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to solve complex business and regulatory issues.
Supporting business development, thought leadership, and growth of the Financial Services Regulatory practice.

The successful candidate will typically have:
4+ years of client service experience in consulting, risk, compliance, audit, or advisory roles. Prior consulting experience is a strong asset.
Thrives in a rapid-paced environment where success is driven by persistence,



relationship-building, and a strong commitment to exceeding targets and expectations
Experience working directly with clients or internal business stakeholders.
Strong communication, presentation, facilitation, and report-writing skills.
Ability to synthesize complex information into clear recommendations for executive audiences.
Robust analytical and organizational skills in a rapid-paced environment.
A degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Law, Engineering, or a related field.
Willingness to travel
French-English bilingualism considered an asset.

Pay: $85.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
