We're looking for an experienced 310T or 421A Heavy Duty Mechanic to join a busy fleet operation supporting a modern lineup of hydrovac trucks, excavators, CAT backhoes, dump trucks and other heavy equipment.
If you enjoy diagnosing problems, turning wrenches and working on a variety of heavy equipment—not doing the same repair every day—this could be a valuable fit.

Your Day-to-Day
You'll work on a mix of heavy trucks and construction equipment, including:
Hydrovac trucks
CAT backhoes
Hydraulic excavators
Dump trucks
Other heavy fleet equipment
Your work will include:
Diagnosing and repairing diesel engines, hydraulics, electrical systems and drivetrains
Troubleshooting DPF/DEF and emissions systems
Preventive maintenance and inspections
Engine, transmission and differential repairs/overhauls
Welding and minor fabrication
Occasional field or emergency roadside repairs
What We're Looking For
Valid 310T or 421A licence
3+ years of experience maintaining heavy trucks, heavy equipment or a mixed fleet
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Experience with hydraulics, diesel engines and electrical systems
Experience with DPF/DEF systems
Experience working on equipment such as CAT, excavators, hydrovacs or similar heavy equipment
Valid Full G driver's licence; Class D or AZ is an asset
Red Seal certification is an asset
Internationally trained mechanics with strong hands-on experience are encouraged to apply if they hold a valid Ontario 310T or 421A licence.

Monday–Friday
Shift A: 6:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Shift B: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
