Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring accuracy in account reconciliation, and supporting various accounting functions using leading software tools. Responsibilities
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes efficiently.
Prepare and maintain accurate financial records using accounting software such as QuickBooks Online, and other relevant platforms.
Perform bank reconciliation and account reconciliation to ensure consistency across all financial statements.
Conduct regular auditing procedures to verify the accuracy of financial data.
Assist with payroll processing and related reporting tasks.
Support budgeting activities by analyzing financial data and preparing reports for management review.
Perform account analysis to identify discrepancies or anomalies in financial records.
Maintain up-to-date bookkeeping records,



ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
Collaborate with internal teams on financial services projects, providing insights and recommendations as needed.

Qualifications
Proven experience working with accounting software such as QuickBooks Online, or similar platforms.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles including account reconciliation, bank reconciliation, and bookkeeping practices.
Experience in corporate finance, auditing, payroll processing, and account analysis.
Familiarity with accounts payable and accounts receivable management.
Ability to perform detailed account reconciliation and budgeting tasks accurately.
Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
Strong analytical skills complemented by effective communication abilities.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred; relevant certifications are a plus.

Job Types: Full time, Part time

Pay: $45,571.16-$77,691.78 per year
