About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will play an important role in delivering high-quality patient care. Responsibilities include:
Scheduling appointments and managing patient records accurately and efficiently.
Performing diagnostic imaging and testing, including visual fields, OCT, and retinal photography.
Conducting contact lens training for soft lenses and specialty lenses.
Handling insurance billings and processing payments.
Maintaining a clean and organized clinical space.




The ability to transition from patient flow to guiding patients through frame selections and lens education based on Doctor recommendations and patient needs.
Feeling confident to fit, adjust and repair eyewear.

Qualifications:
Completion of the CCOA course is preferred, but not required.
Hands-on experience with optical dispensing is preferred, but training will be provided to the ideal candidate
