Lash Technician — Lash Her Studio

Lash Her Studio is expanding, and we’re looking for experienced lash technicians to join our new Toronto storefront.

We specialize in customized lash extensions, thoughtful lash design and an elevated client experience. We’re looking for artists who care about their work, prioritize natural lash health and want to grow within a supportive beauty team.

Responsibilities
Perform lash extension full sets, fills and removals.
Consult with clients and customize lash sets to suit their features, preferences and natural lashes.
Maintain proper isolation, secure application and consistent quality.
Keep your station, tools and treatment area clean and organized.
Provide aftercare guidance and support client retention through a professional, welcoming experience.
Follow studio service and sanitation standards.

Requirements
Lash extension certification and hands-on experience.




A portfolio showing recent lash work.
Robust attention to detail and client communication skills.
Reliable attendance and consistent weekly availability.
Willingness to learn and develop your lash designing skills.
