CSN Precision is looking for an experienced Collision Estimator / Repair Planner to join our team in Grand Falls-Windsor.

If you have collision repair experience, understand how to properly build an estimate, and know how to work with customers, technicians and insurance companies, we want to hear from you.

We are looking for someone who can take ownership of a repair file from the initial estimate through supplements and approvals, while helping our production team keep vehicles moving efficiently through the shop.

What You’ll Do
Inspect damaged vehicles and prepare accurate collision repair estimates
Develop complete repair plans using proper repair procedures
Identify required parts, labour operations and potential hidden damage
Prepare and submit supplements as additional damage is discovered
Communicate directly with insurance companies and appraisers
Work closely with technicians, parts personnel and management
Review OEM repair procedures when required
Keep customers informed throughout the repair process
Ensure repair files are properly documented and updated
Help minimize delays and keep repairs progressing through production




Maintain a high standard of customer service from estimate to delivery

What We’re Looking For

Our ideal candidate has previous experience as a:
Collision Estimator
Repair Planner
Autobody Technician
Insurance Appraiser
Collision Repair Advisor

Previous estimating experience is strongly preferred, but we are willing to consider an experienced collision industry professional who has the technical knowledge and ability to grow into the position.

You should have:
Robust knowledge of collision repair processes
Excellent attention to detail
Solid computer skills
Excellent communication and organizational skills
The ability to manage multiple repair files at the same time
A qualified approach when dealing with customers and insurers
The ability to work effectively as part of a production-focused team

Experience with collision estimating and shop management software is considered an asset.

Pay: $45,900.00-$87,700.00 per year
