Midtown Ford is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Parts Front Counter / Accessories Sales Associate to join our team in Winnipeg. If you have a passion for vehicles, enjoy helping customers, and thrive in a rapid-paced dealership setting, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist retail and wholesale customers at the front counter
Provide advice on parts and accessories for all makes and models
Process orders, quotes, and invoices accurately
Deliver excellent customer service in person, over the phone, and via email.

Qualifications:
Previous automotive parts or dealership experience preferred not mandatory
Strong knowledge of automotive parts and accessories (Ford experience is an asset)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities




Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills (experience with dealership management systems is an asset)
