Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages to customers, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.
Responsibilities
Mix and serve drinks following standard recipes
Check customers' identification and confirm legal drinking age
Take orders and process payments using a POS system
Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils
Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
Monitor alcohol consumption to prevent over-intoxication
Restock bar inventory and supplies as needed
Requirements
Previous experience in bartending or related field preferred
Robust knowledge of drink recipes and cocktail preparation
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
Familiarity with food safety regulations
Willingness to work in a rapid-paced environment
Certification in responsible alcohol service is a plus
