Duties
Greet customers warmly and assist with their shopping needs, including product inquiries and recommendations
Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for cash handling, credit card transactions, and receipts
Conduct product demos and upselling to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
Maintain organized merchandising displays to attract customers and promote featured products
Handle customer concerns professionally, resolving issues promptly to ensure a positive experience
Manage time efficiently during busy periods to serve multiple customers quickly without sacrificing quality
Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when assisting customers over the phone or via online communication channels

Multilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer needs effectively
Previous experience in retail sales, cashiering, or technical sales is preferred but not required; training will be provided
Robust communication skills in English; bilingual proficiency is a plus for engaging a broader customer base
Basic math skills for cash handling, balancing registers, and processing transactions accurately
Knowledge of POS systems, merchandising techniques, and customer service best practices
Ability to perform product demos and explain technical features clearly to customers
Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
Demonstrated time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks during peak hours
Professional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and team members
