At Your Floors & More in Waterdown, we’re looking for someone who loves working with people, has a creative eye and takes pride in providing amazing customer service.

As a locally owned flooring and renovation business, we need someone who can help customers bring their ideas together while keeping the showroom organized and projects moving forward.

We’d love to meet you if you have:
Sales experience and a natural ability to connect with customers
A background in construction, renovations or building products
A creative eye for colours, finishes and design
Robust organization and follow-through
Initiative—you notice what needs doing and take action
A motivated, dependable attitude and a willingness to learn

Your role would include:




Helping customers select flooring, tile, vanities, cabinetry and more
Preparing quotes and following up on sales
Coordinating orders and communicating with customers, suppliers and our installation team
Helping with showroom displays and day-to-day operations
Working closely with the owner as a trusted part of the business

We’re looking for someone who will care about our customers and our business as much as we do—and who’s excited to grow with us.

Pay: From $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25.0 per week
