About the Opportunity

Own vendor reconciliations and accounts payable record keeping, entering and tracking accounting details in the bookkeeping system and spreadsheets while catching errors before they affect the books.

Build and maintain accurate financial records and reports, keeping documentation transparent and organized so it stands up to audit and investigative review.

Handle the day-to-day finance administration around the function, including filing reports, updating records, organizing and delivering documents, and communicating with clients and vendors on financial matters.

About You

An accounts payable professional with 4 or more years of hands‑on experience and a bachelor's degree in a related field, comfortable with high-volume invoice processing and reconciliations.

Strong in Excel, with solid math and computing skills and working experience in an ERP or bookkeeping system, plus the written and verbal communication skills to resolve discrepancies clearly with vendors and internal teams.

Careful and discreet by nature,



with the integrity to handle confidential financial information appropriately and the attention to detail to spot inaccuracies others would miss.

Pay Range
$25 - $28 / hour

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.

The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company’s 401(k) retirement plan.

This position for employment is for a current vacancy with Vaco/Highspring’s client. You must currently reside within the Greater Toronto Area and be permitted to work in Canada to be considered for this prospect.
