In this permanent, part-time role, you will provide strength-based support, ensuring safety and well-being for children. Engage in developing individualized care plans while fostering a positive environment through active supervision and relationship-building.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide compassionate support for children with diverse needs
• Develop and review individualized care and support plans
• Implement effective behaviour support strategies




• Collaborate to maintain an inclusive and welcoming workplace
• Lead engaging indoor and outdoor activities promoting wellness

Requirements:
• 19 years or older with relevant experience
• Knowledgeable in trauma-informed and inclusive practices
• Strong planning and organizational skills
• Clear communication and professionalism
• Emergency First Aid & CPR certification required
