Key Responsibilities:
• Develop frontend and backend features for our EMR platform
• Convert prototypes into secure production code
• Plan data migrations with careful consideration
• Design APIs and write efficient database queries
• Review code to set engineering standards

Requirements:
• 6+ years in software development, 3+ years frontend/backend
• Proficiency in TypeScript, React, and Next.js
• Robust backend experience with NodeJS and PostgreSQL
• Hands-on experience with Claude Code and OpenAI Codex
• Remote work experience with international teams
